iPhone 17 Pro festival sale offers: the real price on Flipkart, Amazon and Croma right now
The iPhone 17 Pro isn't discounted much this Diwali: almost all of the saving is a card offer or an exchange. We opened Flipkart's listings at 8:53 PM IST on 13 October and read the banks' own terms.
TL;DRThe short version
- Flipkart (checked 8:53 PM IST, 13 Oct): iPhone 17 Pro 256 GB at ₹1,34,900 plus a ₹299 fee, or ₹1,30,400 after a ₹4,500 card offer. The Pro Max 256 GB is ₹1,49,900, or ₹1,45,400 with the card.
- Amazon: SBI credit cards get 10% off phones from 12 to 20 October, but SBI's terms cap the base discount at ₹750 a phone order (₹1,000 on EMI), with size-based bonuses on top for select products.
- Croma quoted ₹1,30,490 and ₹4,000 card cashback, so ₹1,26,490, until 31 October (Mint, 13 Oct). The big "effective prices" you see in ads all assume a top exchange value.
- Check the live price and card offer for your pincode on Flipkart's iPhone 17 Pro listing (plain link, no affiliate tag): flipkart.com › Apple iPhone 17 Pro (Deep Blue, 256 GB)The checkout page is the price that counts. Card caps reset on set dates, so the same card can give a different discount tomorrow.

Short answer: the iPhone 17 Pro is selling at or near its full price in this year's festive sales. On Flipkart the 256 GB model is ₹1,34,900, and ₹1,30,400 if your card gets the ₹4,500 offer. Croma's reported deal works out to ₹1,26,490 after card cashback. Anything far below that, such as the ₹79,250 "effective price" doing the rounds, only works if you trade in a recent phone and get the top exchange value.
We opened Flipkart's listings ourselves at 8:53–8:54 PM IST on 13 October 2026, without a delivery pincode set. Amazon's listing wouldn't load for us, so the Amazon section relies on SBI Card's own offer terms plus attributed reports. Prices and offers change during sales and vary by pincode and seller.
Why the iPhone 17 Pro isn't much cheaper this Diwali
Apple's India store now leads with the iPhone 18 Pro, and its old iPhone 17 Pro buy page redirects to the main iPhone page. So the 17 Pro is last year's Pro, sold through retailers. Flipkart lists it at ₹1,34,900, the same price TechOper and Mint give as its launch price. The sale "discount" is almost entirely bank offers and exchange.

Flipkart's page didn't say which bank the ₹4,500 is for. Mint, citing TelecomTalk on 13 October, reported ₹4,500 off with Axis Bank credit cards and ₹4,000 with ICICI Bank cards on the 17 Pro. Both banks' Big Billion Days offers end at 11:59 PM on 18 October. Monzy's guide to the Big Billion Days bank offers explains the caps and why the Flipkart Axis Bank card gets the instant discount only on EMI.
Both listings also showed an exchange offer of "up to ₹71,650" (not available until you set a pincode) and an "Unlock Apple coupon: ₹1,000 off" banner, whose conditions weren't shown without signing in.
Amazon: what the SBI card offer actually gives on a phone
Amazon's Great Indian Festival offer is with SBI credit cards. SBI Card's offer page says, for the main sale from 12 to 20 October 2026:
- Mobiles: 10% instant discount on orders of ₹4,990 or more, capped at ₹750 on a full payment and ₹1,000 on EMI per order (₹1,500 per card per refresh).
- Bonus offers add flat amounts by order size across categories, for example ₹5,000 more on a single full-payment order of ₹99,990 or more, or ₹3,000 on EMI at that size. SBI says base and bonus offers add up and that each bonus can be used at least once per card, but only on select products: check the iPhone's Amazon page for eligibility.
- Not eligible: Cashback SBI, Flipkart SBI and Paytm SBI cards, corporate cards, and RuPay credit cards used through UPI.
As for Amazon's price, Mint (13 Oct) cited a TelecomTalk report that Amazon listed the 17 Pro 256 GB at ₹1,19,900 but had it out of stock. We couldn't confirm that on the listing, so treat it as unverified until you see it yourself. Check the iPhone 17 Pro on Amazon.
Bank and credit card offers: which card to use
Before you pick a store, check which card you'll pay with. The same phone can be ₹4,500 cheaper on one site and only ₹750 cheaper on another, depending on the bank.
- Axis Bank or ICICI Bank credit card: Flipkart is likely to be the better deal (₹4,000–4,500 off at the time of writing).
- SBI credit card: Amazon's base discount on a phone is small, so look for an eligible bonus on the product page.
- Card cashback vs instant discount: Croma's ₹4,000 is reported as cashback on a full card payment, not an instant cut. Check when and how it is credited.
Croma: the lowest no-exchange price we found reported
According to Mint (13 Oct), Croma's Festival of Dreams sale lists the iPhone 17 Pro 256 GB at ₹1,30,490 with ₹4,000 cashback on a full card payment, so ₹1,26,490, and the Pro Max 256 GB at ₹1,43,990 (₹1,39,990 after cashback). Mint says the offer runs until 31 October, subject to stock. Croma's site blocked our check, so we haven't verified these prices ourselves.
About those "effective prices"
TechOper reported Flipkart showing an effective price of ₹79,250 for the 17 Pro 256 GB on 12 October. That was ₹1,34,900, minus ₹51,150 for trading in an eligible iPhone 15 Pro, minus the ₹4,500 Axis offer. Your exchange value depends on your phone's model, storage and condition, and the final figure is set at pickup. Put your own phone's value into our iPhone effective price calculator, and see our iPhone 17 price comparison for the standard model.
Buying checklist
- Compare the checkout price, not the banner price, with your card and pincode entered.
- Check whether your exact card is excluded (the Flipkart Axis card on full payment; Cashback, Flipkart and Paytm SBI cards on Amazon).
- If you plan to trade in, get the exchange quote first and keep the old phone's box and charger ready.
- Note the extra Protect Promise fee on Flipkart (₹299 when we checked).
- Card caps reset on set dates during the sale. If today's cap is used up on your card, the discount may come back after the next reset.
