SuiteDash pricing 2026: every plan, the SuiteKey lifetime math, and my take after using it since 2020

I've used SuiteDash since 2020 as a freelancer and content marketer, and I still run newsletters and my client onboarding automation on it. Here is what every plan costs today, when a lifetime SuiteKey actually pays off, what other long-time users say, and who should pick something else.

TL;DRThe short version

  • The plans: Start $19/mo, Thrive $49/mo, Pinnacle $99/mo ($180, $480 and $960 a year), checked on suitedash.com at about 9:10 PM IST on 18 Oct 2026. Every plan has unlimited staff and clients, so it is not priced per user.
  • The lifetime option: a SuiteKey is $684 once for lifetime Pinnacle with 3 staff and 100 GB. One key costs less than one year of Pinnacle billed yearly, but at 10 keys ($6,840) it costs exactly the same as Pinnacle Century, which has no staff cap.
  • My take: start the free 14-day trial (it runs on Pinnacle), go monthly while you set it up, and only buy SuiteKeys once you know it fits. If you want funnels and SMS, or something you can learn in a weekend, pick another tool.
  • Start the 14-day SuiteDash trial (no payment details needed) or compare every plan on SuiteDash's pricing page: suitedash.com/pricingPrices are in US dollars and exclude taxes; your bank may add a forex markup on an Indian card.

Disclosure: the SuiteDash links on this page are my referral links. If you sign up or buy through them I may earn a commission. Your price stays the same, and KyunTrend is not affiliated with SuiteDash.

Short answer: SuiteDash pricing starts at $19 a month (Start), then $49 (Thrive) and $99 (Pinnacle), and every plan includes unlimited staff and clients. If you'd rather pay once, a lifetime SuiteKey costs $684 and unlocks Pinnacle for up to 3 staff. All prices checked on SuiteDash's own pricing page and checkout at about 9:10 PM IST on 18 October 2026.

Why I'm the one writing this

I've been a freelancer since 2014 and have used freelancer software since 2017. I started on SuiteDash in 2020, first as a freelancer and then as a content marketer, and I still use it today, mostly for newsletters and the automations around my client work. So this isn't a feature tour. It's the pricing breakdown I wish I'd had, how I actually use it, what other long-time users say on camera (credited to them by name), and my verdict at the end.

How I use it: my client onboarding automation

This is the workflow I built in SuiteDash, step by step. It shows what the platform does once it's set up, and why the setup time is worth it:

  1. Signup page. A client signs up through a public page.
  2. Project created. That signup kicks off the project in the backend automatically.
  3. Two onboarding emails go out. SuiteDash emails the client asking for their uploads, and emails my internal team telling them to start.
  4. Contract. My project templates build the next steps on their own. First, the client is asked to sign the contract.
  5. Meeting. Next, the client is asked to book a meeting.
  6. Work begins. Then the work starts.

Nobody on my side has to send the onboarding emails, ask for the contract or set up the project by hand. If you're comparing tools, this is the test I'd use: can it run your onboarding from signup to kickoff without you touching it?

One thing to know up front: the SuiteDash links on this page are my referral links. It doesn't change your price, and I've tried to be harder on the product here than its own sales pages are.

SuiteDash pricing: the three plans

Updated 18 Oct 2026, ~9:10 PM IST, from suitedash.com/pricing. USD, taxes not included.

Plan Monthly Yearly Century (pay once) Storage What it adds
Start $19 $180 (saves $48) $2,240 100 GB CRM, client portals, white label, branded mobile app, email campaigns
Thrive $49 $480 (saves $108) $3,940 500 GB Drip autoresponders, dynamic proposals, deal pipelines, client live chat, one free 1:1 setup session
Pinnacle $99 $960 (saves $228) $6,840 2 TB Full automation toolkit, FLOWs onboarding, LMS (courses), support tickets, task dependencies, one bonus setup session

What every plan shares: unlimited staff, unlimited clients, unlimited portals and white labelling, with no contracts. Extra storage is $5 a month per 250 GB. There's also an "All-in-One" bundle at $1,499 once plus $49 a month for Pinnacle with every current and future Power-Up. One Pinnacle feature, Client/Customer Journeys, is still marked "coming soon", so don't buy Pinnacle for it.

What "not per user" is worth in real money

This is the part most pricing pages skip. Per-seat tools look cheap for one person and get expensive as you hire. SuiteDash Thrive costs the same $49 a month for one person or fifteen. On a five-person team, $49 a month works out to under $10 a head, and the gap only widens as the team grows. That flat price is the single best reason to choose SuiteDash, and it's why I'd put teams of 3 to 20 at the top of the "good fit" list.

The trial catch nobody mentions

The 14-day trial runs on Pinnacle, whichever button you click, so you can test nearly everything. The exception matters if, like me, you care about email: marketing autoresponders only run on paid plans. You can build a drip sequence during the trial but you can't watch it fire. If newsletters or drip email are why you're looking, budget one paid month (Thrive or higher) before you judge it.

The SuiteKey lifetime math

A SuiteKey is a one-time payment for lifetime Pinnacle access. On 18 Oct 2026 the checkout showed $684 per key. SuiteDash's lifetime page says the price will rise to $874 "when promotion is over" but gives no end date in text, so I'm not going to pretend there's a deadline. There's a 30-day self-serve refund.

Each key adds staff seats and storage (you, the Super Admin, don't count):

Keys Staff Storage Total cost Cost per seat
1 3 100 GB $684 $228
2 6 200 GB $1,368 $228
3 12 300 GB $2,052 $171
4 15 400 GB $2,736 $182
5 20 500 GB $3,420 $171
6 50 1 TB $4,104 $82
7 75 1.25 TB $4,788 $64
8 100 1.5 TB $5,472 $55
9 125 1.75 TB $6,156 $49
10 Unlimited 2 TB $6,840 n/a

Stacking table from lifetime.suitedash.com, 18 Oct 2026. Cost-per-seat is my arithmetic.

Quick SuiteKey picker

Count the people who need to log in, not counting yourself:

  • Just you, or up to 3 others: 1 key ($684)
  • 4 to 6 people: 2 keys ($1,368)
  • 7 to 12 people: 3 keys ($2,052)
  • 13 to 15 people: 4 keys ($2,736)
  • 16 to 20 people: 5 keys ($3,420)
  • 21 to 50 people: 6 keys ($4,104), the best value per seat by far
  • 51 to 125 people: 7 to 9 keys
  • More than 125: read the next section before buying 10 keys

Size for storage too if you keep video or design files. You can add keys to the same account later, up to 10, so buy for today's team.

When the key pays for itself

  • Against Pinnacle monthly ($99): one key equals about 7 months.
  • Against Pinnacle yearly ($960): one key costs less than a single year.
  • Against Start monthly ($19): one key equals 36 months, so a key only makes sense if you actually want Pinnacle features (automation, FLOWs, the LMS, tickets).
  • The trap at 10 keys: 10 keys cost $6,840, exactly the same as Pinnacle Century, which has unlimited staff and 2 TB from day one and keeps the setup sessions that key accounts don't get. If you need 10 keys in one account, buy Century instead.

Three things on SuiteDash's own lifetime page that don't add up

I'd check these in your purchase email or with support rather than trust either version:

  1. The redemption deadline is given as 1 July 2027 in one FAQ answer and 1 July 2026 in another.
  2. Ten-key storage is 2 TB in the stacking table but "1TB" in one FAQ answer.
  3. Stacking with other lifetime codes: the page says keys stack with other SuiteDash lifetime codes, up to 10 per account. It doesn't name AppSumo, so don't assume an old AppSumo code combines with new keys until support confirms it.

Also: you can't redeem a key into an existing paid subscription account. Keys go into a new account.

What long-time users say

These are first-hand accounts from people who recorded video reviews. Their experiences are theirs, not mine, and the links go to the full videos.

Don, who runs a small IT company (web hosting and design), in a Capterra video review, gave SuiteDash 4 out of 5. Before it, his team spread work across Freedcamp for projects, Square for billing and Evernote for client notes, with no real CRM. He said it took a while to get the most out of SuiteDash, not because it's difficult but because there's so much in it. His advice is the best one-liner I've heard about the product: don't change your business to fit SuiteDash, change SuiteDash to fit your business.

Kianja, a bookkeeper who runs her own firm, in another Capterra review, gave it 5 out of 5 and is on Pinnacle. She had been writing proposals in Word, converting them to PDF, and running email through tools like ConvertKit and Mailchimp. She chose SuiteDash mainly for the client portal, where clients upload documents and she shares reports. She uses "circles" to control what a client's owner sees compared with their staff, and connects it to QuickBooks Online. Her setup tip: read the onboarding guide and create a test client before you go live.

Omar, who owns a service business, in a Capterra video on Plutio vs SuiteDash, is the counterpoint. He moved from Plutio to SuiteDash for its email campaigns and automations, then went back. He said SuiteDash has far more functionality, but he found the automations hard to set up himself and needed to hire help, while Plutio had him running in a couple of days. His verdict: SuiteDash suits people who are technically comfortable and want a full-blown system.

Phil of the channel Phil Reviews Software!, in his walkthrough, noticed that email campaign templates weren't provided in a gallery: you build your own. He suggested designing them in Canva and importing them. Worth knowing if you expect ready-made newsletter templates.

Monthly, yearly or lifetime: who should pick what

  • Not sure yet: trial, then monthly. You can change or cancel easily, and changes are prorated.
  • Sure for a year or more: yearly saves $48 (Start), $108 (Thrive) or $228 (Pinnacle).
  • Small team, sure of your needs, want Pinnacle without a bill: SuiteKeys.
  • Agencies setting up branded portals for clients: SuiteKeys in bulk, one account per client, or SuiteDash's reseller programme (child accounts at $69 a month wholesale, per the lifetime page).
  • More than 125 staff, or need 10 keys: Pinnacle Century.

How it compares on price

Tool Starting price (checked 18 Oct 2026) Pricing model Pick it if
SuiteDash $19/mo, or $684 once Flat, unlimited users You want CRM, portal, projects and billing in one login
GoHighLevel $97/mo Per agency, sub-account limits You sell funnels, SMS and ads
Plutio $19/mo (white label +$9/mo) Per plan You want simple and fast to learn
Dubsado $35/mo or $335/yr Per plan, 3 extra users free You're a solo creative needing forms, contracts and invoices

My take

I've used SuiteDash since 2020 and I still use it today, so this is a long-time user's verdict, not a first impression.

Who I'd recommend it to: freelancers, consultants and small agencies of roughly 1 to 20 people who deliver client work and want the CRM, client portal, proposals, invoicing and email under one roof. For me, it runs my newsletters and my client onboarding: a signup on a public page creates the project, emails the client and my team, and walks the client through the contract and a meeting before work begins. It's the clearest example I can give of what SuiteDash does well. The flat, not-per-user price is the real advantage, and it gets better every time you add a person.

Who should skip it: if your business runs on funnels, SMS and ad follow-up, I'd pick GoHighLevel. If you want something you can learn in a weekend, I'd pick Plutio or Dubsado. Omar's story above is real: SuiteDash rewards people who will spend time configuring it, and it frustrates people who won't.

How I'd buy it today:

  1. Start the trial and build one real workflow end to end, like the onboarding flow above, using Kianja's test-client trick.
  2. If email is your reason for buying, go monthly on Thrive for a month so your autoresponders actually run.
  3. Only then decide on SuiteKeys. I wouldn't buy keys before you've tested it, I wouldn't buy them because of the "price going up" message, and I wouldn't buy 10 when Century costs the same.
  4. Don't wait for a Black Friday deal: none had been announced as of 18 Oct 2026, and the trial costs nothing.

Try it yourself: start the 14-day SuiteDash trial (referral link). It runs on Pinnacle and needs no payment details.

How much does SuiteDash cost in 2026?

On 18 Oct 2026 SuiteDash's pricing page listed Start at $19 a month, Thrive at $49 and Pinnacle at $99, or $180, $480 and $960 billed yearly. One-payment Century plans cost $2,240, $3,940 and $6,840. A lifetime SuiteKey cost $684 at checkout.

Does SuiteDash charge per user?

No. Every monthly, yearly and Century plan includes unlimited staff and unlimited clients for one price. Only SuiteKey (lifetime) accounts cap staff, by the number of keys you redeem.

Is there a free SuiteDash plan?

There is no free-forever plan on the pricing page. There is a 14-day free trial on the top Pinnacle plan, and SuiteDash says no payment details are needed. Marketing autoresponders only run once you are on a paid plan.

Is the SuiteDash lifetime deal worth it?

For a small team that has already tested SuiteDash and wants Pinnacle features, yes: one $684 key costs less than one year of Pinnacle billed yearly ($960). It is a poor deal if you have not tried SuiteDash yet, if your team could grow fast, or if you would need 10 keys, because 10 keys cost the same $6,840 as Pinnacle Century with no staff cap.

Is there a SuiteDash Black Friday deal in 2026?

SuiteDash had not announced a 2026 Black Friday offer as of 18 Oct 2026. If one appears, this page will be updated with the date I checked it.

Is there a SuiteDash promo code?

I haven't found a public coupon. Referral links like the ones on this page don't change your price. The real ways to pay less are yearly billing or, once you're sure, a lifetime SuiteKey.

Trend Monitor

No breakout here, and I'd rather say so. Interest in 'suitedash' was flat over the last three months: Google Trends, worldwide, past 3 months, pulled at about 9:12 PM IST on 18 Oct 2026, showed the latest week at 9 against a 3-month average of 8.7 (0-100 scale), and the top related search was 'suitedash login', which suggests existing users. I wrote this page for buyers: 'suitedash pricing' gets about 90 searches a month and 'suitedash review' about 70, according to the keyword-tool export in our SuiteDash research brief (18 Oct 2026). Trends shows relative interest, not volume.

  • suitedash pricing~90 searches/month (keyword tool export, 18 Oct 2026); no Trends breakout

  • suitedash client portal~70 searches/month (same export)
