A checklist, not an official eligibility check. Only your state government and the PM-KISAN portal decide who gets paid. The questions follow the scheme's exclusion list and the conditions on pmkisan.gov.in and in PIB releases (land seeding, Aadhaar-seeded bank account, e-KYC).
