- HD Fire Protect: Fire protection equipment maker (water, foam and gas suppression systems); plants in Jalgaon and Thane, Maharashtra. Issue size: ₹712.31 crore, all offer for sale (no fresh issue). Check allotment with the registrar, MUFG Intime India. Reported GMP: ₹75 per share as quoted by IPO Guru at 5:24 AM IST on 11 Oct (range since 7 Oct: ₹63–80); gmptoday.in put the median of 7 trackers at ₹75 (₹70–76) on 10 Oct night. Unofficial.
- Fusion CX: Kolkata-based customer-experience (call centre, chat, email) and AI data services company; 40 delivery centres in 13 countries. Issue size: ₹702 crore: ₹500 crore fresh issue + ₹202 crore offer for sale. Check allotment with the registrar, KFin Technologies. Reported GMP: ₹53 per share as quoted by IPO Guru on 11 Oct. Unofficial.
- Vaibhav Vyapaar: SME issue. Retail investors must apply for at least 2 lots (4,000 shares), per HDFC Sky. Issue size: 77,96,000 shares.
- Ravita Engineering Services: SME issue. One lot is 1,200 shares (₹1,34,400 at the upper price), per Zerodha. Issue size: 1,03,62,000 shares.
SME issues list on the BSE SME or NSE Emerge platforms and have much bigger minimum bids than mainboard IPOs. Read the RHP before bidding.
