The last date to apply is 6 November 2026, 23:59 hours (CEN No. 06/2026). Date ranges below are copied from Para 5.1 and 5.2 of the CEN. Ex-servicemen, serving railway staff and widowed/divorced women have separate limits; check Para 5.2 of the CEN.

- PwBD candidates get 10 years (UR/EWS), 13 years (OBC-NCL) or 15 years (SC/ST) on the upper limit (Para 5.2).
- If you qualify for relaxation on more than one ground, you get the largest one, not the total. SC, ST and OBC-NCL candidates applying against UR vacancies get no age relaxation.
- Your date of birth must match your Class 10 certificate. Apply only on rrbapply.gov.in.
