Tonbo Imaging and Bonfiglioli IPO Allotment Status: How to Check on KFintech, NSE, BSE and MUFG Intime

Tonbo Imaging and Bonfiglioli Transmissions finalised their IPO allotments on 21 October. Here's how to check your status by PAN, what your odds were, when refunds and shares arrive, and the latest GMP ahead of the 23 October listing.

The Tonbo Imaging IPO allotment was finalised on Wednesday, 21 October 2026, so you can check your status now on the registrar KFin Technologies' site (ipostatus.kfintech.com), on BSE or on NSE using your PAN. Shares go into demat accounts and refunds or UPI unblocks happen today, Thursday 22 October. The stock lists on NSE and BSE on Friday, 23 October at 10 AM.

If you also applied for Bonfiglioli Transmissions, the dates are the same, but the registrar is different. Bonfiglioli's registrar is MUFG Intime (formerly Link Intime), not KFintech. That explains why many people searching for "kfintech ipo allotment status" can't find Bonfiglioli there. This guide covers both IPOs in one place.

How to check Tonbo Imaging IPO allotment status

You can check on any of these three sites. They all pull from the same final basis of allotment, so you only need one that works. If the KFin site is slow, which often happens on allotment day for a 135x-subscribed issue, go to BSE or NSE.

Method 1: KFintech IPO allotment status (registrar)

  1. Open ipostatus.kfintech.com.
  2. From the "Select IPO" dropdown, choose Tonbo Imaging India Limited.
  3. Pick one way to search: PAN, application number or demat account / DP ID-Client ID.
  4. Enter the details, fill in the captcha and click Submit.
  5. You'll see the number of shares applied for and allotted. "0" allotted means your application didn't win the lottery.

Method 2: Check on BSE

  1. Go to bseindia.com/investors/appli_check.aspx.
  2. Under Issue Type, select Equity.
  3. From the Issue Name dropdown, choose Tonbo Imaging India Ltd.
  4. Enter your PAN or application number.
  5. Tick "I'm not a robot" and click Search.

Method 3: Check on NSE

  1. Visit nseindia.com/invest/check-trades-bids-verify-ipo-bids.
  2. Select "Equity & SME IPO bid details".
  3. Choose the symbol TONBO.
  4. Enter your PAN and application number, then submit.

Tip: You can also just check your bank and demat account. From 22 October, an allotment shows up as Tonbo shares in your demat holdings (sometimes as "pending" until listing). If you weren't allotted, the blocked UPI amount is released back to your account.

Bonfiglioli IPO allotment status: how to check

Bonfiglioli Transmissions isn't on the KFin portal because its registrar is MUFG Intime India. You have three options:

  1. MUFG Intime: open MUFG Intime India's IPO allotment ("public issues") page. The old linkintime.co.in address redirects to it. Select Bonfiglioli Transmissions Ltd, choose PAN, application number or DP/Client ID, enter the details and submit.
  2. BSE: follow the same steps as Tonbo above, but pick Bonfiglioli Transmissions from the Issue Name dropdown.
  3. NSE: on the same "Equity & SME IPO bid details" page, select the Bonfiglioli symbol and enter your PAN and application number.

Why you probably didn't get Tonbo shares (and what your odds were)

Tonbo Imaging closed with a final subscription of 135.90 times:

  • QIB: 293.56x
  • NII: 170.94x (bNII 184.73x, sNII 143.37x)
  • Retail: 31.07x
  • Employee: about 54.3x

When the retail portion is oversubscribed, SEBI rules require shares to go out by lottery, one lot (21 shares) per winning applicant. Applying for more lots doesn't improve your chances; it only blocks more money. At 31.07x, a rough estimate is that about 1 in 31 valid retail applications got a lot. The real odds depend on the number of applications, not just the subscription multiple, so take this as a ballpark figure.

Bonfiglioli's retail book was subscribed only 5.91x, which works out to roughly 1 in 6 retail applicants getting a lot of 25 shares. If you applied for both, Bonfiglioli was the far likelier win.

Refund timeline: what happens if you weren't allotted

Most retail investors apply through UPI-based ASBA, so the money was blocked, not debited. That means there's no refund to wait for. The block just gets lifted.

  • UPI mandate release: scheduled for 22 October. Your bank should show the blocked amount (₹14,700 per Tonbo lot) as available again. Some banks take until the end of the day.
  • Net banking ASBA: the same thing happens. The lien on your account is removed.
  • Still blocked after 23 October? First contact your bank. If that doesn't fix it, raise a complaint with the registrar: KFin Technologies for Tonbo, MUFG Intime for Bonfiglioli. Quote your application number and PAN.

If you were allotted, the money for one lot is debited and the shares are credited to your demat account on 22 October. You can't sell them until listing on 23 October.

Tonbo Imaging GMP today and expected listing

The grey market premium is unofficial and unregulated. Treat it as a mood indicator, not a forecast.

  • Tonbo's GMP rose from ₹425 (12 Oct) to ₹490 (13 Oct), then held around ₹500–₹516 through 21 October (about 73%). Other trackers showed ₹505–₹520 on 21 October.
  • As of 10:02 AM on 22 October, InvestorGain showed it had dropped to ₹465 (about 66%). That points to a listing of around ₹1,165 against the ₹700 issue price.
  • At that level, the indicative gain on one 21-share lot is about ₹9,765, before taxes and charges.

Bonfiglioli's GMP was around ₹131–₹135 (about 23%). That implies a listing near ₹717–₹721 against ₹586, or roughly ₹3,300 per 25-share lot.

The GMP can move quickly overnight, especially when the wider market is weak. Our explainer on why the Indian stock market is falling covers the factors that can drag listing-day prices down. We'll update this page with the actual listing price after 10 AM on 23 October.

Tonbo Imaging: what the company does and the numbers to know

Tonbo Imaging India, founded in 2003, makes defence electronics: thermal imaging cores, weapon sights, targeting and fire-control systems, and missile seekers and guidance. It has deployed more than 28,000 systems in 24 countries (as of 30 June 2026). Its EO/IR products aren't subject to US ITAR export rules. It filed its DRHP in December 2025.

The IPO is a 100% offer for sale of about 1.22 crore shares. The company receives no money from it. All the proceeds go to selling shareholders. Promoters are Arvind Kondangi Lakshmikumar, Ankit Kumar and Cecilia D'Souza, and the largest holders include CEAQ Singapore (~25%) and HBL Engineering (~14%).

Revenue428.19469.08362.6536.01
PAT68.5472.7650.88−17.74 (loss)

For balance: most allotment pages skip this part. Revenue fell about 23% in FY26, profit dropped by roughly 30%, the June 2026 quarter was a loss, and operating cash flow was negative in both FY25 and FY26. Defence orders tend to be lumpy, but if you got an allotment and plan to hold beyond listing day, these numbers matter.

A note on conflicting figures online

Several pages ranking for Tonbo's allotment carry wrong data. At least one major broker blog's issue-details box shows a ₹275–₹289 price band, 51-share lots and a ₹500 crore fresh issue, which looks like a leftover template. Another site lists November dates, the wrong registrar and a wrong business description. The correct figures are the ones above: ₹665–₹700 band, 21-share lot, ₹852.18 crore OFS, KFin Technologies as registrar, listing 23 October.

What to do on listing day (23 October)

  • Pre-open: IPO stocks go through a special pre-open session, and normal trading starts at 10 AM.
  • Selling: if you want to book listing gains, place a limit order rather than a market order to avoid a bad fill in early volatility.
  • Tax: gains on shares sold within 12 months count as short-term capital gains.
  • Not allotted? Confirm your UPI block has been released before listing, so the money is free for the next issue.

Frequently asked questions

Is the Tonbo Imaging IPO allotment out?

Yes. The basis of allotment for Tonbo Imaging India was finalised on Wednesday, 21 October 2026. You can check your status by PAN, application number or demat ID on ipostatus.kfintech.com, on BSE's application status page, or on NSE using the symbol TONBO. Shares are credited and UPI blocks released on 22 October.

When will the Tonbo Imaging IPO list?

Tonbo Imaging lists on both NSE and BSE on Friday, 23 October 2026, with normal trading from 10 AM after the special pre-open session for IPOs. As of 10:02 AM on 22 October, the unofficial GMP of ₹465 pointed to a listing price of around ₹1,165 against the ₹700 issue price.

Why didn't I get Tonbo shares even though I applied?

The retail portion was subscribed 31.07 times, so shares were given out by lottery, one lot of 21 shares per winning applicant. Roughly 1 in 31 valid retail applications got a lot, though the exact odds depend on application counts. Applying for several lots doesn't improve your chances of winning the lottery.

When will my UPI mandate be released if I was not allotted?

For non-allotted applicants, the blocked amount is scheduled to be released on 22 October 2026. Most banks show the funds as available the same day, though some take until the evening. If the money is still blocked after 23 October, contact your bank first and then KFin Technologies with your PAN and application number.

Can I check Bonfiglioli IPO allotment status on KFintech?

No. KFin Technologies is the registrar for Tonbo Imaging, but Bonfiglioli Transmissions uses MUFG Intime (formerly Link Intime). Check Bonfiglioli on MUFG Intime's IPO allotment page, or on BSE and NSE using your PAN. Both IPOs had their allotment on 21 October and list on 23 October.

Is the Tonbo Imaging IPO a fresh issue?

No. The ₹852.18 crore Tonbo Imaging IPO is entirely an offer for sale of about 1.22 crore shares by existing shareholders. The company receives none of the money raised. Bonfiglioli Transmissions' ₹2,533.66 crore issue is also a pure offer for sale.
